GENERAL

PLEASE READ

THIS INFORMATION IS PERTINENT TO ALL SHOWS PERFORMED BY LIFE AND TIMES AND IS RELEVANT TO ALL THOSE WHO BOOK US:

·        Performances suit a typical school hall environment, no stage necessary.

·        Set up time of one hour minimum is required before a performance.

·        Ease of access to venue is appreciated.

·        There should be at least two 13amp sockets available for use on the day.

·        Due to images being projected, it is usually best if curtains can be drawn during a performance to prevent glaring exterior light. Internal lighting can then be adjusted to suit.

·        Please ensure that children sit so as to allow access to the front for those who participate in the interactive performance. Side aisles are preferable except in the case of The Cold Days Of Winter, where one central aisle is desirable.

·        A map – sketched is often adequate – can be helpful in finding the venue.

·        Life & Times have Ł5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.

·        All equipment PAT tested.

·        Graeme & Barry are both qualified teachers and are CRB checked.
